All orders placed through LongevityLab are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify shipping details.

Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and any other methods displayed at checkout.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between you and LongevityLab is formed when your order is dispatched.

LongevityLab ships exclusively within Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to any other destination at this time.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, subject to courier performance and customs handling where applicable. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the shipping address you provided.

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered-with items. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less any original shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and inspected.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, and the LongevityLab name, is owned by or licensed to LongevityLab and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LongevityLab, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or any products purchased through it.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date noted above. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
